Who is Partner Marketing?

Partner Marketing is promotional products and services company located in Winter Haven, FL. Partner Marketing is an approved supplier of officially licensed Publix branded apparel and gifts.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

In-stock items will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail/ First Class Package within five business days of placing your order.

For special campaigns such as Publix Serves, March of Dimes and United Way please allow two to three weeks for delivery.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, or unable to be shipped within five business days, you’ll be notified by email at the address you provided.

How much does shipping cost?

There’s a $7.95 flat shipping fee for standard shipping.  We do not offer next day shipping at all.

Will Fresh Goods products be carried in Publix stores?

We don’t have any plans at this time to carry these products in store.

Is the clothing machine washable?

Yes. Follow the directions on the product label.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Partner Marketing will be listed on your credit card statement as the store for your order.

Can I return products to Publix stores?

No.

How do I return or exchange a product I ordered?

To expedite your return, please include your packing slip with your returned items and follow these three easy steps:

  1. Include a note indicating why you're returning the item (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
  2. Tell us whether you’d like to exchange the item for another or credit the card used at time of purchase.
  3. Provide an email address and daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.

Returns received within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order are eligible to be credited for the purchase price of the item(s), but not for shipping charges. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no charge.

If the content of the package does not match the order placed or the item is defective, Customer may return the item and either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge or (2) have all transaction charges, including shipping, credited to the account on file for the order.

To return an item that does not match the order placed, please email cs@363green.com  . Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

You may return the item(s) and either: 1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge or 2) have all transaction charges, including shipping, credited to the card used at time of purchase.

To return an item that does not match the order placed, please email  cs@363green.com . Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

Can I get a discount on a large order?

Yes, for bulk orders overs $500 we can issue a discount. This does not apply to United Way or Publix Serves campaigns. Please call the Company Store for more information. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, garments run true to size. Feel free to order the size you normally wear.
